Delivery Service & Charges

All of our products can be delivered directly to your door or the destination of your wish. We work together with our delivery partners to ensure that you received your goods within the shortest duration where possible.

As an online store, we know that how our customers receive their products is very important – it’s a key part of the buying experience. That is why at ToddlersnBabies.com we have chosen reliable and quick services in Poslaju and Citylink courier services. All orders placed and payment received before 2pm will usually be despatched the on the same day meaning you can get your goods quicker! Orders placed and/or payment received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

You shall receive your goods within 3-5 working days. ToddlersnBabies.com cannot be held responsible for delays for items already despatched with our delivery partners (Poslaju & Citylink).

 

How do I get Free Delivery?

Peninsular Malaysia customers

Special Offer - Enjoy Free Delivery* on order over RM250 RM150 on a single order/receipt. Offer will be calculated automatically at checkout. This is a limited offer and the standard threshold for free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is usually RM250.

  1. This offer is applicable when you spent RM150 and above on a single order/receipt.

  2. This Free Delivery service is only applicable to customers within Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah & Sarawak please refer to offer shown below.

  3. A low order fee of RM9 is chargeable for order less than RM150 on a single order/receipt.

  4. Some promotional products may not be eligible for this free delivery offer. Such products are clearly stated in the product description.

  5. Oversized items such as baby cot, pushchair, cat seats, furniture, etc may not be eligible for this free delivery offer. Such products are clearly stated in the product description.

 Free Insurance Service 

ToddlersnBabies.com guarantee all goods despatched from us will reach you, our valued customers, in its original condition. We, at ToddlersnBabies.com, insured all goods at our own cost, a free of charge service to you. In case of lost or damaged goods, ToddlersnBabies.com will take Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Delivery or Full Refund!

If you do not receive your goods within 7 working days after the delivery notice, (we always email our customers delivery notice containing the name of the delivery company and the tracking number) or if your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us via contact us page or by sending us an email to contactus@toddlersnbabies.com. Please clearly state your issue, order number and tracking number when you notify us.

In order to track your delivery, you would need the following information:

  1. Consignment number (refer to delivery notice email)
  2. Courier Service Provider (refer to delivery notice email)
  3. Name of Recipient

 

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Due to the value of the goods being sent, a signature will be required to accept delivery. In the event that you are out when the delivery driver attempt delivery, don't worry, you will be left with a card which you can use to re-arrange delivery or visit your local sorting office and collect yourself.
